Our Staff
Dianne Ibarra - Executive Director
Dianne is a long-time Kodiak resident who has worked in the healthcare field in Kodiak for the last 10+ years. Stepping into the role of Executive Director is proving to be a natural next step in her career as she strengthens her understanding of the Kodiak community’s needs, and maintains a desire to ensure care is being provided to those who need it most. When she is not working, Dianne enjoys the nature of Kodiak, spending time with her three children and loved ones, and one day hopes to broaden her travels across the world.

Marjorie doctolero- Program Manager
My experience in healthcare dates back to 2010. I began my career at Providence in the role of a CNA. I have taken charge of my caregiving venture, Beacon of Hope, with success for the past two and a half years. My enthusiasm for engaging with older adults originates from my relationship with my dad. From my early years, he stayed bedridden, and I witnessed the considerable dedication that everyone put forth to guarantee he received the best possible care until his death. This experience drove me to initiate my own venture and engage with Hospice, with the objective of aiding our community in securing caregivers for their relatives or delivering supplementary assistance during the end-of-life process.
Please reach out to me without hesitation if you have any queries or worries. I would be pleased to offer my support in any way I can.
